Foiling Cats

Toronto, ONT has been the site this week for the International C Class Championship, hosted by Royal Canadian Yacht Club. Of the four entries, one of them has given the foil world a look, and while it hasn’t panned out yet to provide a performance edge, the door is far from closed on the concept.
