2013 U.S. Women’s Match Racing Champions
Earn Invites to Elite Match Racing Event

Requests for invitation must be received by Sunday, April 14

For the first time ever, the skipper that wins the 2013 U.S. Women’s Match Racing Championship will get an automatic invitation to the entire Open Grade 2 Grand Slam Series. The winning skipper will also earn a spot to compete at the New York Women’s Invitational, the only U.S. stop on the Women’s International Match Race Series. And to top it off, they will also receive an invitation to the open U.S. Match Race Championship Finals. This year’s U.S. Women’s Match Racing Championship takes place June 13-16 in Chicago. US Sailing Championship Enters Multihull Mix on San Francisco Bay
Registration is Open

US Sailing has announced the 2013 U.S. Multihull Championship for the Hobie Alter Trophy will be sailed on Hobie 16s and hosted by the Sausalito Yacht Club in Sausalito, Calif. on Sept. 3-8. San Francisco Bay will be bustling with enthusiasm for multihull sailing this September as some of the top sailors in the world will be competing in the area. This year’s U.S. Multihull Championship coincides with the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup racing series in San Francisco (Sept. 1-4) in AC45 catamarans, as well as the beginning of the America’s Cup final series sailed in AC72 catamarans, beginning Sept. 7. Registration Opens for International Women’s Keelboat Championship
Registration is Open

The International Women’s Keelboat Championship is a signature US Sailing Championship. Inaugurated in 1985, the International Women’s Keelboat Championship quickly became the premier women’s sailing event in the U.S. and worldwide. This biennial event provides women keelboat and offshore sailors high-quality racing and an opportunity to compete with top national and international sailors.

The 15th edition of this Championship will be raced in the International J/22 class keelboat, suitable for four-person teams. The 2013 event will take place Sept. 2-7 at the Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead, Mass. Registration is open!
