300 miles of extreme sailing at its best

The Great Texas Catamaran Race is one of the premier long distance beach cat races in the country. In its 11th year, it has attracted a field of six F18 teams and one N20 for the 2013 edition. Covering approximately 300 miles in four stages along the Texas coast, it will start in South Padre Island on June 12 and finish in Galveston on June 15. The first stage will be 91 nm from South Padre Island to Mustang Island. Live coverage of the starts and finishes will be available as well as posts from the racecourse. – Event website
