LaserPerformance responds to Bruce Kirby Complaint

Laser builder LaserPerformance has submitted a response on June 12, 2013 to the complaint filed by Laser designer Bruce Kirby on March 4, 2013 in the U.S. Federal Court system, in which Kirby contends that the builder had failed to submit royalty fees owed to him. Kirby’s complaint also named the International Laser Class Association and ISAF, as they were deemed complicit in allowing the continuing construction of unauthorized boats by LaserPerformance.
