Atlantic Canada Sailing Conference and Awards

Calling all sailors, racers and boating fans! The first ever Atlantic Sailing Conference and Awards will be held in Halifax on November 21 and 22. If you are interested in the sport of sailing, check it out.

Hear native Nova Scotian and professional sailor Brian MacInnes tell of his experiences as a team member of Oracle during its successful campaign for the 2013 Americas Cup. Brian will be speaking at the at the Sail Nova Scotia’s Awards Ceremony at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic on Friday, November 21 at 7pm.

The annual awards will be preceded at 6pm by the 2014 Annual General Meeting, also at the Maritime Museum. To attend the awards reserve your ticket here.

The author of Saving Sailing, Nick Hayes will be the key note speaker on Saturday, November 22 at the day long Atlantic Sailing Conference to be held at Citadel High School in Halifax. Nick has some surprising insights into the future of sailing. His website is http://savingsailing.com/
