Fickle winds shorten Y-Flyer Midwinters

The 2015 Y-Flyer Midwinter Regatta was held at Grande Maumelle Sailing Club in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 14-15, with 21 boats from Canada, Arkansas, Alabama, Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Kansas competing. The fleet was postponed Saturday due to the rainy, windless conditions, but by early afternoon the wind filled in to complete three races. On Sunday, after a windless but sunny morning, the race time window passed, with Nicole Class Moore and Eric Brabec declared the winner from Saturday’s races. Full results.
