MacCausland / Prada take lead at Star Western Hemispheres

Miami, FL (April 16, 2015) – Thirty-eight teams representing seven countries are competing in the 2015 Star Western Hemisphere Championship, hosted by Biscayne Bay Yacht Club on April 16-19. The opening day completed two races in 8-12 knots, with John MacCausland and Bruno Prada (USA) posting a 1-5 to take a two point lead over Lars Schmidt Grael / Samuel Goncalves (BRA), with Tomas Hornos / Kipp Gardner (USA) six points off the lead in third.
