San Francisco to host KiteFoil Gold Cup Tour

The second stop of the 2015 KiteFoil Gold Cup Tour will be hosted by St Francis Yacht Club on July 29-August 2, where 80 of the world’s fastest foiling kite board racers will assemble on San Francisco Bay to compete in a four-day regatta that will showcase the sport’s top athletes as well as the most innovative gear in the sport of kite foiling.

StFYC member Erika Heineken is the Regatta chairperson and also the top-ranked female in the tour. Says Heineken, “The KiteFoil Gold Cup will be the largest kite foil board race in the history of the World tour. It’s going to be spectacular!”
