From Chicago to Mackinac Island

The 107th Chicago Mackinac Race is set to get underway this weekend, with 309 entrants to sail the 289nn course from Chicago, starting just off Navy Pier, to Mackinac Island, Michigan. As the oldest annual freshwater distance race in the world, 38 boats in the Cruising Division will start on July 10, with the rest of the teams starting on July 11. Details.
