Nominations for ISAF World Sailor of the Year

Have a favorite sailor for this year? Anyone stood out above the rest? Be sure to make your nomination soon so your choice has a chance of winning the prestigious title of ‘World Sailor of the Year’.

The ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year Awards are the most prestigious awards of recognition in the sport of sailing. There are two categories, male and female, and sailors nominated may represent any discipline of the sport. A sailor (or crew) nominated for the 2015 Award must have performed an “outstanding achievement in the sport of sailing between September 1, 2014 and August 31, 2015”.

Nominations must be received by ISAF no later than 19.00 UTC on September 2, 2015. The winners will be announced on November 10, 2015 at the Awards Presentation and dinner in Sanya, China.
