Shifting The Youth Focus Toward Fun

There is a growing recognition that Junior Sailing programs need to better consider what it is that inspires kids to sail, and continue sailing. Programming focused more on fun and adventure than traditional racing is seen to capture the interest of all kids, and not just those that immediately excel at racing.
