Ingham Takes Early Lead at Thistle Nationals

Eugene, OR (July 26, 2016) – After the Thistle US National Championship got skunked yesterday with no wind, day two made up for it with two great races on the Fern Ridge Reservoir. Mike Ingham, Dan Fien, and Delia Ingham dominated the 58 boat fleet with two race wins, followed by Paul Abdullah, Brian Swingly, and Sarah Paisley in second with a 5-7 and Scott Griffin in third with a 9-2. Both races were sailed in an 8-12 knot northerly breeze. The regatta runs through Friday, July 29th.
