The 13th annual High Performance Dinghy Open was held October 7-9 in Rye, NY. With racing held on Western Long Island Sound off Milton Point, winners included Jesse Falsone (505), Matt Wallace/Stu Saffer (K6), Sam Mettam (Fireball), Kate Coupland (PY-1), Zeke Horowitz (Viper 640), and John Baxter (J/70).
