Inaugural Ted Hood Regatta in 2017

The First Annual Ted Hood Regatta will take place August 25-27 in Marblehead, MA. Racing is open to PHRF, Cruising Class, and One Design Racers. The host club for the event will be the Boston Yacht Club, with racing circles run by the Boston, Corinthian, and Eastern Yacht Clubs.

In addition to three days of around the buoy racing, there will be a double-handed overnight race on the opening day, as well as a Pursuit race during the last day of the Regatta. The Storm Trysail Club’s Marblehead Station is the Organizing Authority for the event, and are organizing and planning for over 100 boats.
