49er & 49erFX Junior World Championships

The 49er & 49erFX Junior World Championships for sailors under 23 years was held June 29 to July 2 in Kingston, CAN. Winning the 10-boat 49er fleet was William Jones and Evan DePaul (CAN), beating Dane Wilson/ Scott Ewing (USA) by four points. In the 11-boat 49erFX fleet, Ragna and Maia Agerup (NOR) had an easier time, taking the title by 11 points over Anna Yamazaki/ Sena Takano. Details.
