New leader at Star Worlds

Published on July 5th, 2017

Troense, Denmark (July 5, 2017) – It was a full day at the Star World Championship with two races completed in stable wind between 16 to 20 knots and a clear sky.

Race no. 3 was launched after a restart with “Black flag”, while race no. 4 was perfect with all the boats lined up like pearls on a string.

There are still 2 races to go and light air is on the forecast which can produce much more variation in results as more teams will go the same speed compared to the windy conditions we have had thus far.

Six races are planed for July 2 through July 8. If needed, July 9 is being held as a reserve day.

Day Four Results (Top 10 of 70; 4 races)
