Live Coverage: Extreme Sailing Series, Cabo

The stunning Mexican municipality of Los Cabos will host the season finale of the 2017 Extreme Sailing Series™, with eight teams from eight nations – including a Mexican-flagged wildcard – going head-to-head from Thursday to Sunday, November 30 to December 3.

Live broadcast video will be available on Saturday and Sunday with video graphics provided by SAP Sailing Analytics for all four days.

The 3 hour live streaming programme, produced by Red Handed TV, includes fixed onboard cameras delivering the action from the water, shore side cameras, interviews from the race course and graphics delivered by SAP Sailing Analytics. The expert commentary team includes pro sailing commentators Niall Myant (GBR) and Nathan Hollerbach (USA).

Background: The Extreme Sailing Series is in its eleventh season, with this year’s eight event tour travelling through Asia, Europe, and Australia. The platform used is the one design foiling GC32 catamaran, with the format highlighting ‘stadium’ short-course racing in front of the public.
