Disciplinary Decisions in the Sport of Sailing

Published on January 2nd, 2018

Disciplinary decisions within World Sailing are determined by Independent Panels appointed by the Judicial Board. Questions, reports, or comments on disciplinary matters should be sent by email or in writing to the Chief Executive Officer.

You can also contact WADA as part of their Speak Up! program which aims to help keep the integrity of sport and protect clean athletes.

Record of decisions as of January 2, 2018:

Sofian Bouvet (FRA): Whereabouts failure: Competition Eligibility and World Sailing Eligibility suspended from 23 August 2017 to 23 August 2018. (decision not available)

Editor’s note: Since we have been reporting on the World Sailing disciplinary decisions, we can’t recall a time when there was only one named person on the list. Can we make it to August 23rd without someone screwing up? Fingers crossed!
