New leader at Viper 640 Worlds

Applecross, Australia (February 20, 2018) – The second day at the Viper 640 World Championship saw four more races in lighter winds to shuffle the leader board.

Nick Jerwood, sailing with his son Matt and Brian DeVries, crushed it with a 1-2-1-3 scoreline to climb from third place yesterday to now hold an 18 point lead ahead of Keith Swinton, Arlyn Mattinson, Ben Marler, and Bruce Mattinson in second.

Yesterday’s leader, Lawrence and Luka Crispin with Hector Cesnaros, are eight points further back in third.

Racing at the 2018 Viper 640 World Championship is scheduled from February 19 to 23 with a layday on February 21.
