Drag racing on Charleston Harbor

The Fort 2 Battery Race – one of the largest gatherings of high performance sailing craft in the United States – returns for its fourth edition on April 21-22 in Charleston, SC. The annual event attracts all forms for a 3.8 nm drag race through Charleston Harbor. The race’s starting line is off of Fort Sumter and ends near White Point Gardens on the Battery of downtown Charleston.
