Dwyer Aluminum Mast Co. sells assets

Dwyer Aluminum Mast Company, a manufacturer of sailboat spars, rigging, blocks, extrusions, and hardware out of Branford, CT has sold their assets to the owner of Zim Sailing. The new company – Dwyer Mast and Rigging – will be relocated to Bristol, RI.

Dwyer Aluminum Mast Company has been in business in Branford, CT since 1963 and is well known for spars built for a vast range of sailboats between 9’ and 35’ in length. They can be found on Com-Pac Yachts, Precision Marine, American Sail, Marshall & Stur-Dee Cat boats, Catalina, Dyer Dhow, O’Day, Rhodes, Club 420’s, Flying Juniors, and many others.
