This week’s “World on Water” global sailing news show produced by www.boatson.tv.

In this week’s “WoW TV”:
• This weeks’ World on Water TV News Show is dedicated to our friend John Fisher who last Monday was washed from the decks of Volvo Ocean Race Yacht Sun Hung Kai/Scallywag 1,400 miles west of Cape Horn in the Southern Pacific Ocean. John was moving forward in the cockpit to adjust a sails when he momentarily unclipped his lifeline and was then hit by a huge wall of water which swept him off the boat into the raging sea. After hours of searching and night falling the search for him had to be abandoned leaving him to the sea. John loved his sport and knew the good and bad of it. He died living his dream.
• Also around the globe last week was the final day of the SuperFoilers in Sydney.
• Randy Cunningham of Bangin’ the Cormers gives us his take at the World Moth Championships in Bermuda
• Popular sailor Liz Wardley gets hurt and Vestas 11th Hour Racing deploys a buoy to trace the currents and life of our oceans.
