2018 U23 Junior World Championship

The 2018 Junior World Championship for the 49er, 49erFX, and Nacra 17 classes was held August 28 to September 1 for sailors under 23 years of age in Marseille, France. Robert Dickson/ Seán Waddilove (IRL) beat the 51-boat 49er fleet while in the 39-boat 49erFX fleet, Vilma Bobeck/ Malin Tengström (SWE) won the world title (women only) and Keanu Prettner/ Niklas Haberl (AUT) won the open class championship. Italians Gianluigi Ugolini/ Maria Giubilei won Nacra 17 title in the 8-boat fleet.
