Sail Canada’s High Performance Program Seeks New Leadership

Sail Canada, Canada’s national governing body for the sport of sailing, commissioned a review in 2015 of its approach to the management and delivery of high performance sailing in Canada, with specific reference to Olympic and Paralympic Sailing performance.

That review has made a number of recommendations which are being adopted by Sail Canada, one of which was to establish the dedicated position of High Performance Director, currently a split coaching/director role.

Sail Canada is now seeking expressions of interest from persons who believe they have the skills and experience to shape, develop and lead Sail Canada’s High Performance program.
