Here is another golden oldie, taken in 1991 during a delivery of the Nelson/Marek 68 'Marishiten' from Honolulu to Tokyo, Japan. Wind and waves were provided by Typhoon Luke, about 1,000 miles south of Tokyo. Running with just a poled-out storm jib, hitting a top speed of 26.19 knots.
