Optimist sailors from Mexico, Canada, and the US gathered directly in front of the St Francis Yacht Club on San Francisco Bay for some friendly competition. Loads of top sailors have gotten their start
in this class, and there may be some future superstars
amongst this group. As usual, this venue delivered
challenging winds and significant tidal currents.
