Photographer Carlo Borlenghi provides this sunrise shot of DSK-Pioneer Investments at Isles Sense Guadalupe during the RORC 600 Caribbean.

With Russell Coutts now in the driver's seat of the America's Cup, will the boats used for the 34th Match resemble a larger version of his RC44, shown here competing in Dubai this week? Photo by Nico Martinez.

While it didn't work out for the America's Cup to take place in the Ras Al Khaimah, the Persian Gulf still has the Dubai Traditional 60ft Dhow Sailing Championship. And who is to say this is a light air venue, as a building breeze in one of the races made the boats furl their second sail and redistribute crew and sand bags as they were over powered.

Dave from Boatyardphoto.com sent this photo from the Valentines Regatta at St. Pete where the Optimist fleet sailed in gusts up to 38 knots!

The new defender of the America's Cup, the BMW Oracle Racing team took the Cup on tour in San Francisco (top) and San Diego. Both towns covet the opportunity to host the 34th Match.

William Tuthill reminds us that the excitement about wings at the America's Cup is old news to the World Ice and Snow Sailing Association (WISSA), which will see plenty of wings at their 2010 World Championship at Saguenay Fjord in Quebec, Canada on February 26-March 7.
