Progess on the J/111 continues, with the first hull now molding and the deck plug (above) complete. The project is on track for sailing in June. Interest continues to grow, with two dozen orders from Europe, New Zealand, America and China.  The problem with trimarans is that there are three times as many bows to keep track of than a monohull. Bruce Stone saw the irony for a race committee boat - 'Perfecto' - sporting Toyota as a sponsor - supporting the Copa Mexico J/24 regatta in Riviera Nayarit.  Bonnier Corp.’s Sailing World will sport a new look with its April 2010 issue, which hit newsstands this week. The redesign was crafted to better match the technical and energetic appearance of the sport today while preserving the essential content the magazine’s readers have enjoyed for nearly 50 years.  There are a couple things you can count on at St Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco. One is that a strong tide is either going out to the ocean or into the bay.
