The Cruising Yacht Club of Australia has a fleet of Elliott 6.0m training vessels for their Youth Sailing Academy. How do they afford it? The logo on the hull and sail are a good hint. Colleen Cooke and team Southwestern Yacht Club lead Julie Mitchell and the San Diego Yacht Club team to the windward mark at the 2010 Linda Elias Memorial Women’s One-Design Challenge in Long Beach, CA. Photo by Rick Roberts.  The RC 44 class, which just held their first World Championship in Puerto Calero (Lanzarote, Islas Canarias), is coming to the USA. Following the Worlds, the fleet will be shipped to Miami for a December event, with some of the boats continuing on to Key West Race Week in January and a San Diego event in March.
