Windsurfers, kitesurfers, 18s, various catamarans, and "others" partaked in the annual Golden Gate Bridge to Bay Bridge Race on San Francisco Bay, only to watch reigning kite surfing world champion Johnny Heineken do a horizon job on the fleet.
