The Cadet one-design class, a popular youth trainer designed by Jack Holt in 1947, held its Australian Championship last week.  U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego celebrating their 75th anniversary of the base in San Diego. The 44th edition of the Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia Mapfre for Olympic classes, to be held in waters of the Bay of Palma (Spain) in Mallorca from 30th March to 6th April 2013, will host the first European stop of the new ISAF Sailing World Cup.  Thinus Groenewald’s Royal Cape One-Design 'Reaction' was the overall winner of The Governor’s Cup Race, a downwind 1,700 nautical mile ocean race organised by False Bay Yacht Club.
