Coville could resume record attempt next week

(November 14, 2013) – Solo skipper Thomas Coville, who after only one day aborted on Wednesday his record attempt around the world alone on the 31m maxi-trimaran Sodebo, is expected to arrive in Brest by Saturday morning. Coville halted the attempt when a safety system on the bow of the main hull was damaged. After the pit stop, Coville could begin again in a new favorable weather window next week.
