Confounding conditions at MC Midwinter Championship

Published on March 14th, 2014

Eustis, FL (March 14, 2014) – Up-down, left-right. That pretty much describes Lake Eustis for day two of the MC Midwinter Championship. Confounding as it may be, the best rise to the occasion and get he recipe correct even if there’s a big tablespoon of luck thrown in now and again.

Ron Baerwitz won both races in very different conditions. Will Hendershot had the next best day with a 7/3 followed by Mike Considine with a 2/9. Rob Seidelmann has dropped to a close second in the standings behind Baerwitz and just ahead of David Mooring. It’s still anyone’s to win – well OK, not anyone’s but several top guys could still win this thing with a possible two more races yet to come in the last day.

As for the rest of us, I refer you to the accompanying photo by Amy Larkin for the cure to what ails us. Racing concludes Saturday.
