RS:X Worlds Underway in Light Winds

Eilat, Israel (February 22, 2016) – The RS:X World Championship got underway in light winds that only allowed for one men’s race and two women’s races. During the early qualifying round, both Shahar Zubari (ISR) and Piotr Myszka (POL) won their races to top the 81-board men’s fleet while Zofia Noceti Klepacka (POL) posted a 1-2 to lead the 58-board women’s fleet. Racing continue through February 27 with only the top ten advancing to the final medal race. Details.
