World Sailing Fleet Race rankings
Published on February 2nd, 2016
The World Sailing Rankings rate skippers based on their performances at World Sailing Graded events over the 12-month period prior to the release date of the Rankings.
Following a Sail Rankings Sub-committee decision at the 2015 Annual Conference, sailors can now count their two most recent world championship regattas to their rankings points total.
For the first World Rankings release of 2016, on 1 February, sailors may count points from the Santander 2014 ISAF Sailing World Championships and the 2015 Class World Championships.
Sailors will be able to count points from two further 200 points with their remaining tallies coming from 100 or 50-point regattas.
No sailors points tally can exceed 1,000 points.
