The 14th Annual San Francisco International Ocean Film Festival plays again at Fort Mason’s Cowell Theatre on Thursday through Sunday, March 9 to 12, 2017. Featured on the opening day is ‘Chapter One’ which tells six stories about the dangerous sport of kiteboarding. Here is its trailer.
