PHOTOS: 40th Annual Fools’ Rules Regatta

The 2017 Fools’ Rules Regatta was held August 13 on the Town Beach at East Ferry, Jamestown, RI. After the first cannon was fired at 9:00 am, participants had two hours to construct their vessels with the cannon signaling the start of the first race being fired at 11:00 AM sharp.
