The Notice of Race is online for the 2025 Channel Islands 500 which starts March 14 in Santa Barbara, CA. There will be several course routing options available to choose for the two-night race depending on forecasted wind conditions, and US Sailing’s Offshore Office will issue a forecasted time correction factor (F-TCF) based upon a boat’s predicted elapsed time. This race is a temporary replacement for the 2025 Newport to Cabo San Lucas Race which was cancelled due to unstable conditions in Cabo San Lucas. – Details
