College keelboat racing coming to PNW

The Storm Trysail Club will be expanding its Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta (IOR) schedule in 2026. Along with the East Coast IOR and Great Lakes IOR will be the addition of the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta in the Pacific Northwest.
