Scuttlebutt launches new website

The launch of the new Scuttlebutt website and e-Newsletter template is a bold move into the future. For the email subscribers, our hope is that the new format will still embrace the core simplicity of the product while also incorporating a few cool features. As for the website, the changes are much more of a departure.

Sailingcuttlebutt.com will continue to be a place to read the latest newsletter (and all back issues), but it will also be posting news, photos and videos throughout the day. The functionality of the site will allow for convenient comments and ease of sharing information amongst your social network.

None of this would have been possible without my friends at Digital Style – a design firm with an emphasis on digital communications. As we get acquainted with our new tools, what you see today will likely evolve further. We welcome your comments and appreciate your patience (we still have a bit of work to do).
