Italians apply pressure at RS:X Youth World Windsurfing Championship

Clearwater, FL (October 23, 2014) – After a layday on Wednesday, racing returned today at the RS:X Youth World Windsurfing Championship, with mens and womens fleets completing three races. Among the 54 men, Spaniard Toni Macias slipped today, and is now trailing Italian Mattia Camboni by 3 points. Ma Kwan Ching (HKG) continues to lead the 28 women, but her margin over Marta Maggetti (ITA) is reduced now to 5 points. Racing continues through October 25. Event website.
