Future Hobie Racing World Championships

Hobie Cat Worldwide in conjunction with the International Hobie Class Association would like to advise all their sailors of the future World Championships schedule.

2016 Hobie 16 Worlds – China
2017 Hobie 16 Europeans / Hobie 14 Worlds & Hobie Wildcat Worlds – Europe
2018 Hobie 16 Worlds – Europe
2019 Hobie 14 Worlds & Hobie Wildcat Worlds – TBA (may be held as separate events)
2020 Hobie 16 Worlds – TBA (TBA = location To Be Announced at a later date)

The joint announcement will assist the Hobie sailors in making their plans to attend the world championships. The format and timeframe shows the strong support Hobie Cat Worldwide for the Hobie racing community. With world championships planned to 2020 this shows the strength of the Hobie Classes.

The Hobie class looks forward to seeing the Hobie sailors at the 21st Hobie 16 World Championships 29th May to 13 June 2016 at Dapeng, China. Full details for the 21st Hobie 16 Wold Championships can be found at wwww.hobieworlds.com
