Extra innings for Six Metre World Championships

English Bay, Vancouver (September 21, 2017) – The 2017 Six Metre World Championships rolled into its spare day today but was able to complete the 8-race sereis for the 45 teams representing 11 nations. Phillippe Durr (SUI) won the Open Division by five points over Ben Mumford (CAN), while HM Don Juan Carlos de Borbón (ESP) took the Classic Division title by three points over Peter Hofmann (USA).

The championship was held September 17 to 21.
