Horowitz repeats at Flying Scot Midwinters

Published on March 29th, 2018

Sarasota, FL (March 29, 2018) – The 2018 Flying Scot Midwinter Championship was hopeful to race on the final day, but wind conditions on the race course in excess of 20 knots proved too strong for the 61-boat fleet. It was the second day where racing was cancelled, reducing the four day event to a five race series. Repeating their 2017 victory was Zeke and Jay Horowitz with David Ames in second and Jeff Linton in third.

Racing was held March 26 to 29.
