America’s Cup returns to the New York Supreme Court

An appeal of the complaint by plaintiff African Diaspora Maritime against defendant America’s Cup trustee Golden Gate Yacht Club (GGYC) will be heard April 3, 2013 by the New York Supreme Court. The complaint alleges, among other things, that GGYC denied the plaintiff’s application to participate in the 34th America’s Cup.
