A one-boat race to Hawaii

(July 8, 2013) – Since the start on July 6 of the first ever Mini 650 Pacific Challenge from Los Angeles to Honolulu, the three singlehanded entrants has now been reduced to one. Przemeyslaw Karwasiecki dropped out within hours after the start, and today Jerome Sammarecelli retired due to injury. Remaining entrant Sean McGinn intends to proceed toward Hawaii. – Full story
