Who will join the list of winners?

On November 12 in Muscat, Oman, host city for the ISAF Annual Conference, the 2013 winners of the ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year Awards will be announced. ISAF is now seeking nominations, from which they will draw up a shortlist of candidates for the 138 ISAF Member National Authorities to vote on.
