China Cup International Regatta 2013

Inaugurated in 2007, the China Cup International Regatta is the first-ever and only big boat sailing regatta initiated by Chinese. Approved by the General Administration of Sport of China, the regatta is held annually and each year it attracts over 100 boats with 1000 sailors from more than 33 nationalities to compete in the event, gaining wide attention from sailing community and international media.

The China Cup International Regatta 2013 takes place on 25th to 28th October 2013 in the waters of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It consists of four days of racing organised by Water Sports Administration Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, Shenzhen Municipal Administration of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, Shenzhen Marine Sports Base and Shenzhen Vanke Longcheer Yacht Club (LYC).
