Clipper Cup sets sail to Sydney

(December 4, 2013) – The twelve teams competing in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race began the 2150 mile leg on Dec. 3 to Sydney from Albany, Western Australia. Two of the teams were delayed following a collision after the start, but were able to resume today after completing repair work. Following the finish of this leg, the teams will compete in the Sydney Hobart Race on Dec. 26.
