KiteFoil GoldCup Underway in Mexico

(March 13, 2014) – Thursday was the last day for registration and practice races for the inaugural 2014 KiteFoil GoldCup racing which gets underway Friday in La Ventana, Mexico. Some 31 competitors will line up in this new kiting competition including top American kiters Johnny Heineken, Adam Koch and Bryan Lake, as well as a significant European contingent. The competition which offers $10,000 in prize money runs through March 17 and is hosted by the Playa Central Beach Club.
